Agricultural Engineer
We’re a busy working farm, with equipment and vehicles naturally needing maintenance and repairs arranged throughout the year.
This role is ideal for a mechanically-minded problem solver, who can find solutions to a range of challenges and manage the workshop’s materials and supplies. We run a range of agricultural machinery at the farm, including tractors, planters, harvesters and destoners, alongside a Packhouse full of grading and washing machinery.

Anaerobic Digestion (AD) Plant Operator
Our on-site Anaerobic Digestion (AD) Plant sets us apart – through it, we generate electricity for the National Grid, and create digestate, a potent fertiliser for use on our crops.
Running the AD Plant is a full-time operation, with feeding, maintenance and repairs taking priority. If you’ve got a good mechanical skillset, good admin abilities and know your way around telehandlers and forklifts, we’d love to hear from you!

Packhouse Supervisor
The Packhouse is a key part of the farm – it’s where our potatoes are graded, washed and prepared for delivery!
This is a fast-paced role, requiring key skills including people management, logistics and meeting multiple deadlines. We can have large volumes of orders for cartons, boxes and bags of potatoes of different varieties and sizes come in at short notice, so it’s essential that you can work well under pressure.

Tractor Drivers
Tractor Drivers are at the heart of our business, planting, harvesting and managing potatoes and other crops across Cornwall throughout the year.
There’s plenty of variety in this role, and alongside fieldwork there will be the opportunity to support on-farm operations, such as the farm’s Packhouse and AD Plant. We provide modern vehicles, equipment and training, and value drivers with a commitment for development and health & safety.
